Join us for a powerful 3-day (Friday-Sunday) breathwork immersion designed to help you release stored trauma, reconnect with your body, and rediscover your inner light. Through guided conscious breathing, somatic awareness, and supportive meditations, you’ll learn to trust your breath as a gateway to healing.
This retreat is for those who has the intention to release past trauma, regulate your nervous system, enhance awareness, or reconnect with peace. This journey meets you where you are. The sessions blend conscious connected breathwork, yoga, meditation, bio-development exercises, and silent integration to create a safe, profound, and transformative space.
